What fees apply to donations?
Only Stripe’s standard card processing fee, which goes to Stripe. PledgesDone charges a flat per-event price and takes no percentage of what you raise.
Are donors sent receipts?
Yes. Donors receive an email receipt for every payment automatically, including recurring gifts, alongside Stripe’s own receipt if you enable it.
